Who I am

Trained as an Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (CRR Global) and accredited by the International Coaching Federation, I am devoted to working with people who want to engage more fulfilling and effective relationships; recognizing first, the most significant connection occurs from within. Whether I am coaching, speaking or facilitating a meeting, I have an innate ability to bond and communicate with people and inspire them to reveal their most authentic self. I provide a uniquely powerful combination of compassion and keen intuition and create an environment where people can experience an unconditional exploration; considering diverse perspectives while trying new behaviors. Clients can build the emotional resilience needed to negotiate change or manage conflict in a sustainable manner. I cultivate a generative partnership that is future-focused, action oriented and provides the clarity needed to find your voice, overcome perceived obstacles, operate from core values and live life from a place of authenticity and purpose.

In addition, I have authored and delivered numerous development-focused seminars and workshops including but not limited to: “Connecting with Your Inner Warrior”; “Conflict-The Impact on Effective Communication”; “Creating Harmony within Your Professional and Personal Lives”

I achieved a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University in nutrition and I am a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certification Program.

My personal mission is to give the voiceless a voice. One third of my time is dedicated to giving back. I am a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) and volunteer my coaching services to community shelters and developmental organizations. In my “spare time”, I am in the process of writing my first book which combines my passion for simple, healthy, cooking with words and stories of inspiration.
